Original green printed wraps bound in cloth backed marbled library boards. 8vo. pp. 35, [1]. Near Fine. Harvard bookplate stamped withdrawn on library boards. Original title cover has one small embossed, one ink and pen numbers to cover, internally fine. Disease free destinations with great water treatments, including statistics on rainfall amounts, three mean temperature charts. Philadelphia physician, professor of climatology at serveral universities, medical director of the Homestead at Hot Springs and Greenbrier at White Sulfer Springs (VA); served in various elected positions for the American Academy of Medicine, American Climatology and Clinical Association, fellow of the Society of Medicine, London and College of the Physicians of Philadelphia..
