There are 9 small notes in pen indicating specific chocks and pro used on climbs (in addition to what is or is not indicated in the route description). Former owner name penned to edge of text block, no other writing on pages or edges. Front cover has a crease mark and some light smudges. Complete with all pages. Obviously used in the field, this book has wear but retains all functionality. This first widely available serious rock climbing guide to Smith Rock is now very uncommon.
