Gilt cover title: "1928 Co-operative Printing Equipment Catalogue." Contains illustrated ads for printing-related businesses in the United States and a product directory. Front free endpaper contains a form for routing instructions for sending the catalog through a company. With: (1) a single page letter from the publisher, printed in green, with a detachable form to acknowledge receipt of the catalog; (2) a postcard for ordering; and (3) a correction for the capacity of the Simplex Paper Conditioner. In Fine Condition: clean and bright.
