New York: Random House, 1965. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. New York: Random House, 1965. Nicely signed by Truman Capote in blue fountain pen on free front end paper. First Edition. Very Good/Very Good. Jacket has a bit of edgewear and very light chipping at top and bottom spine edges. Front wrap has a half-inch closed tear near top front fold edge. Jacket is very clean except for a couple of tiny light brown spots on front panel. Jacket looks great in its fresh mylar cover. Interior is clean and unmarked except for author's signature.
Synopsis
In Cold Blood is a 1966 book by American author Truman Capote. The book details the brutal 1959 murders of Herbert Clutter, a wealthy farmer from Holcomb, Kansas, and his wife and two of their children. When Capote learned of the quadruple murder before the killers were captured, he decided to travel to Kansas and write about the crime.
