Paperback. xii, 516p., paperbound in plain printed buff wraps, 8x5 inches, titling and publisher's slug to cardstock cover with a generic rubber-stamped notice that this proof copy is not to be quoted and that prospective issue date and price are "tentative", these filled in by hand, in ink. The unprinted spine panel bears the poet's name in large neat handwritten block letters. A publicity sheet is stapled to inside front cover; the light cardstock is irregularly toned and has picked up some dust-soil, there are two small corner-creases and a ballpoint squiggle on the spine. An otherwise good exemplar of FSG's bindery-proof style.
