Pages are bright and clear with light water staining, colour bleeding and tanning to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers; text unaffected. Pen inscription to front pastedown. Binding is slightly loose but pages remain attached. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with noticeable water staining, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has much heavier tanning with soft crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.

Jacket is marked and sunned, and edges are creased and chipped, with a tear at the spine foot, continuing on to the jacket front. Board corners and spine ends are slightly bumped and rubbed, and page block is tanned. Boards are clean, binding is sound and pages are clear. LW. Second Impression. Hardcover. Very Good/Acceptable.
