NY: Consistory of the Reformed Protestant Dutch Church. Very Good. 1869. Hardcover. Clean brown cloth with gilt lettering. Tight clean & intact copy. Drawing illustrations. No foxing. Small damp stain on margin of last few pages. Front top corner lightly bumped. The corner-stone of the New Church on 5th Avenue was laid about the same time as that of St. Patrick's Cathedral which was 2 blocks away. Many millionaires were congregants including the Roosevlts & Goulds. It later became known as St. Nicholas Church. Includes full page engravings of both churches. New York City; B&W Illustrations; 8vo; 76 pages .
