Bindings in half red sheepskin, back with four nerves adorned with fleurons and double golden nets, golden dots on the nerves, red percaline plates adorned with cold patterns, contreplats and guards of the handmade paper. Headdresses and cuts slightly rubbed, bit of head slightly split on the first volume, some stains on the boards, foxing, sometimes important on the pages of engravings. - [FRENCH VERSION FOLLOWS] Nouvelle édition illustrée de 64 gravures par divers artistes dont Antoine-Alphée Piaud et Henri Felix Emmanuel Philippoteaux.   Reliures en demi basane rouge, dos à quatre nerfs ornés de fleurons et de doubles filets dorés, pointillés dorés sur les nerfs, plats de percaline rouge ornés de filets à froid, contreplats et gardes de papier à la cuve. Coiffes et coupes légèrement frottées, mors de tête légèrement fendu sur le premier volume, quelques salissures sur les plats, rousseurs, parfois importantes sur les pages de gravures.
