Richmond: Heritage Press, 1907. Stapled Pamphlet. near Very Good binding. 12mo. 34, [2 (blank)] pp. First edition, thus; offprint from Southern Historical Society Papers. Stapled into printed, stiff wrappers. Covers are shelfwear with some closed tears and light chipping; staples have rusted; contents are clean. This edition printed after Newton's death, this copy is inscribed by his wife, Mary B. Newton, to Landon R. Mason on the title page; Mason's name on the top of the front cover and first page. Haynes 13086.
