Englewood Cliffs, NJ: Prentice Hall, 1965. Signed (first name only) and inscribed by author on fep. The author was a colorful Chicago area judge who wrote 18 books on speaking and quotations. This volume has a gift inscription on fep. (The Adele mentioned in the inscription is indeed the author's wife.) Mr. Braude died in 1970. 8vo size navy blue leatherette hardcover with gilt titles on spine; 110 clean, cream colored pages. Edgewear, bumped and worn head and heel of spine. Binding is cracked at title page and there is a small abrasion on title page where sticker was removed.
