A fine folding map at rear in color, 16"x 20" of Persia & Central Asia, engraved & lithographed by W. & A. K. Johnston, Edenborough & London. 1st printing with an errata slip tipped-in. An uncut page when opened has a tear on corner edge, several other pages are still uncut. Book is firm and tight, attractive plate on the cover, gilt lettering is bright. Some rubbing to cover edges. A clean crisp interior with numerous illustrations.
