( this is printed on the page as published ) includes advice on fasting for health benefits, cloth sunned to top and bottom edges, handling and dust soiled, light foxing, dust jacket is edge worn and dust soiled, some minor chipping loss, head of chapter one has peice trimmed, apparently a name and address as the final line is still present in pen at the remaining head above the headline, (500 gram rate) . Second Edition. Cloth. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6? - 7? tall.
