Run of the journal for the period between Fall 1984 to Fall 1986, all in original wraps, all 6x9 inches, from 130 up to 248 pages for the double issue 12/13. All with worn and soiled wraps, Number 10 with a creased and stained front wrap, else good condition. Issues present are Numbers 9-14. Journal published by the Institute headed by Marlene Dixon. Contributions by Eduardo Galeno, Andre Gunder Frank, Samir Amin, Immanuel Wallerstein, James Petras, and others. Most issues focus on a particular theme, such as "Islands of discontent: the Caribbean today," Dialectics of democracy in Latin America," "Imperialism and the transition to socialism," "Southeast Asia: facing the challenge of socialist construction," etc.
