About This Item

New York: One World, 1999. First edition. Hardcover. As New/As New. Black paper-covered boards with black cloth quarterbinding and bright gilt lettering on spine show almost no signs of wear except for a hint of rubbing and a tiny bit of bumping at top and bottom spine edges. Free front endpaper has a pencil-point-size dent (not a pencil mark) that is on the next few pages. Author's inscription and signature of his first name is in bold script on free front endpaper. No other markings throughout the book. It is clean throughout and binding is solid and tight. Jacket shows no sign of wear or soiling and is protected with a fresh mylar cover. 327 pages

About Black River Books

Black River Books is a hobby that grew into a passion, then an internet business, and finally into a business with an actual store front. Having the store has caused us to minimize our online presence. We are located at 330 Kalamazoo St. Suite 2, in South Haven, MI 49090. Order online, should you find a treasure in our small collection, check out our website, or stop in and see our in-store collection of over 40,000 books in beautiful South Haven, on the Black River and the shores of Lake Michigan.
