Illustratins which appeared in the original edition interspersed with the text havew been placed at the end and have been numbered and referenced to the proper page text pages; additional illustrstions and charts appear throughout the text; dj has small chip to top left corner of front panel; has minor creasing to same edge on front and rear panels; has small closed tear to top right corner of front panel and is browned on edges.
