Cupples & Leon Co., 1918. Early Reprint Edition. . Hardcover. Good+/Fair. Julia Greene. This book is listed as # 2 on front series list out of four books. c1918, Presumed Early Reprint. This is another of this Classic Series book for Young Readers to Young Adult Readers. This is a beige cloth cover with a very nice paste-on illustrated plate. The condition of this book is Good+, and the Jacket is Fair. There is some flecking on the top edge of the cover, but the back and the spine are O.K. This is a tight edition. The binding is firm, and the spine is straight. There is some edge wear but it is in good condition. The B&W frontispiece is very nice and the pages are bright & white. There is an inscription on the free page. The spine on the inside between the frontispiece and the title page has a mild near separation, but holding nicely. The jacket has some tear and missing piece issues, but the illustration on the front is good, and the back is complete. 246 clean pages.

Copyright page up to this 1922 release, but front jacket panel lists all 14 titles, dating this printing to circa early 1930s.
