This text was used to instruct the student in the use of multiple forms of mathematics, such as fractions, currency reduction, annuities and interest among many of other topics. With appended section of rules for calculating interest and rebates and a separate short work entitled "The Practical Accountant. . .Best Method of Book Keeping" by Samuel Green. --- This compact edition in leather covered boards with no visible titling on exterior. --- The covers are quite chafed, discolored and with bruises and rubbing; open tear to title page.
