Inscribed "For Liz and Carl - With warmest personal regards - Bill Manchester, 17 III 67" on half-title page; book has some slight fading to edges of covers, pages lightly toning, first 4 pages have paperclip wrinkle w/little bit of light rust marks; DJ has edgewear, light toning, couple tiny nicks, couple small light creases; DJ in protective Brodart cover; laid in are a review information card and a small card stating "with the compliments of Harper & Row, Publishers" pre-printed on it w/"At the Author's Request" typewritten above that (this card has paperclip mark w/little bit of rust) ; 710 pages; Signed by Author .
