An attractive copy of this 1925 history of the contest between Spain and England over the ownership of Georgia. Very light shelf wear on the end of the spine, and the very tips of the outer corner of front and rear covers (no board exposed or break in cloth). Gilt on spine is complete and bright. All maps present and no foxing or marking to pages. Binding sturdy and tight. Signed by Herbert E. Bolton on presentation book plate on front free endpaper: " To my good friend, Joseph W. Flinn, master of the printer's art, collaborator in the making of this book. With grateful regards, Herbert Bolton". Joesph W. Flinn was Superintendent of the University of California Press where this book was printed.
