New York and London: Funk & Wagnalls Company, 1914. 374 pages + 31 pages of black and white half-tone photographs and 8 pages of ads. Two color photographs: frontispiece and front cover decoration. Map endpapers. First printing of this travel book about Dalmatia, a vacation destination on the Adriatic coast of what is now Croatia. Alice Lee Moqué travelled to Dalmatia on their ninth "wedding tour" (because they had taken such trips nine consecutive years). All of the illustrations are photographs taken by the author, who had long been an avid student of photography. The book is clean and tight, with a tiny bit of color rubbing on the blue cloth covers.. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good+/No Dust Jacket. Illus. by Alice Lee moqué. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
