Typical Indian style binding lacking the firmness of traditional hardcovers. All of text clean and unmarked, binding solid. Mylar protected jacket with heavy edgewear and chipping, soiling, a large closed tear to bottom of rear and spine panel and rubbing, adhering paper from other jackets to the lower half of panels. 211 pp. of text, 15 b/w plates at front and 63 pp. of biological charting at rear. A nice copy of the book in an abused jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall..
