Compiled in the Office of the Director of Works" 94 pages (several of which are blank presumably to enable notes); folding plan of recreational grounds plus 36 plans and elevations of typical military buildings, many of which are folding. Bound in at the rear at two thick envelopes titled Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 but both of these are empty. Several amendments have been made by hand or typescripts neatly inserted, these are neatly documented in manuscript to the front paste-down and dated. Original dark blue pebbled cloth binding with gilt lettering to the front board, very good with light general wear. Contents clean and tight, stamp of Commander Royal Engineers Wessex Area dated 20 jun 1933 to the front endpaper and initials added. A very good copy. Scarce.. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Folio (21 x 33cm).
