About This Item
London: Archer, 1932. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. (London: Denis Archer n.d. [1932]). First UK Edition. Publisher's original light brown cloth, front and spine panels stamped in gilt, with green top edge. First Issue Binding. Patchy fading to the boards and a previous owner's inscription to the front paste-down otherwise a VG+ copy. In the rare D/W priced 7/6 net to the spine (as called for). The D/W is in near fine condition and is mildly faded but a lot of the colouring including that on the front panel is in pastel shades so not so stark. Basically a really nice copy. Possibly the scarcest of O'Donnell's works of fiction. An occult novel. Exceedingly uncommon in D/W. Photographs/scans available upon request.
