[Paris? 1789]. Soft Cover. 4 p.; 19 cm. Title continues: "Ã  l'Église de la Paroisse." Caption title. Note (p. 4) in contemporary manuscript: "le discourse est fait par M. De la Roche du Maire d'Auteuil¦ d'après le 14 Juillet 1789". The only copy of this significant letter by the Abbé  Martin Lefebvre-Laroche, editor of Helvetius and correspondent of Benjamin Franklin, seems to be in the BN, Paris. One of a collection of 40 Royalist and counter-revolutionary tracts of the French Revolution. Stock#OB1042-7. Very Good in marbled paper wrapper.
