Hinges have been professionally repaired, small chip out of six leaves at foot, spine ends slightly frayed. Preface by N.B. Klaine. Most of the first edition was destroyed by the printer. Has colored frontispiece with copyright date on the recto. Six-Guns 2456, Adams 150. 344 pages .
