Inscribed by legendary Topeka, Kansas bookseller, Paul Lundgren. Volume shows a little spine lean and light foxing on edges. Dust jacket shows moisture stains over spine and part of top covers. Jacket shows small tears and general light wear. Dust jacket is now protected in a clear mylar sleeve.
