A facsimile of the Grant Richards edition of 1915 (of which only 60 were issued); quarter-cloth, printed title label to spine, gilt title to front board; complete with related softback essays by George Hendrick and David Lodge, and housed in publisher's box with gilt titles and pictorial onlay. Very fine in slipcase. A superb production. As new. This is a VERY HEAVY ITEM which will attract additional postage particularly for orders emanating from overseas.
