Green fabric bound hardcover boards still very flat, some moth chomping at the top back edge and a few tiny spots along the back cover and spine, not serious, otherwise minor edge wear, corners still sharp although slightly bowed inwards. Spine is softened at the edges, small tears and the top is slightly frayed. Title sticker is somewhat faded but still legible. Hinges still well attached to the body at the end pages, although at pages 14 there is a small split at the top exposing the back stitching. Pages are top red stained (mostly still intact), deckled edge leading and bottom edge, have a penciled former owners name on front end and first page, otherwise remarkably unmarked, yellowed or folded.
