Promotional flyer advertising the Jubilee 50th Edition of German socialist politician August Bebel's work "Women and Socialism" (originally translated as "Women Under Socialism" (1904)). Bebel argues in favor of women's rights and gender equality despite the (by today's standards) patronizing title and slimness of the present except, which begins "Women are advancing, tho at present only a small minority strives to advance, and of these again only a few are fully conscious of their aims."
