Charcoal cloth boards with gilt stamped decoration and spine lettering. Gray paper dust jacket with black lettering. 212 pp. BW illustrations. The fourteenth volume of an eventual 72-volume set providing details about the lives and works of Dutch and Flemish artists who produced prints, etchings, engravings and woodcuts during the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries. Supplies some collector information into the 1940s. This volume presents artists alphabetically from Jan van der Meer (1656-1705) to Jan Ossenbeeck (1624-1674). Rare.
