This book is in good condition. The cover has some wear on the front, back, and spine. There are alo stains on the front cover board. The edges are slightly worn and the corner have minimal bumps. The previous owners signature is on the inside of the front cover board, and his seal is on the front end page. The pages are yellowed and tanned around the edges.
