It is not claimed for the following pages that they enumerate all the existing breeds or that they deal conclusively with any one of them. It is hoped, nevertheless, that the reader will find something of interest.My very grateful thanks are due to all people mentioned in this book for lending irreplaceable photographs and passing on their knowledge of the east Asiatic breeds.
