Doran, 1914. Quarto. nd, but 1914. The true American 1st edn. Twenty-five colour plates mounted on captioned leaves. 19x 25 cm. Purple spine, black boards and illustrated pastedown on front cover. Gold and black decorative endpapers. A tight, unfoxed copy. Spine and front lettering faded. Owner's inscription to blank prelim. Waterstain confined to fep and first prelim. Boards worn and bumped. Text block clean and bright. All plates perfect save the first which has an inoffensive 2cm corner crease.. First Edition. Blind Stamped Cloth. Illus. by Kay Nielsen. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
