No Jacket. 1st Edition. Copyright date 1894, first edition, first printing. Brown light pebbled cloth over boards with black lettering and illustrations on the front and on the spine. Light tint to the top page edges [now starting to fade], fore edge and bottom page edges are deckled. No tears, bent pages, light remains of X-libris label and a pressed name both on the inside fly leaf. No Dust Jacket. Shelf wear to the edges and to the head and told the spine are moderate, very light soiling to the outer boards and light Browning to the spine, some light Browning to the inside front and back covers. Some of the back add pages are not cut. Shelf wear to the edges and to the head and toe of the spine, with bumps to the head and toe of the spine. Text remains bright and clean, binding a secure, a solid rare and collectible book.
