Poor Koko: An elderly writer has borrowed a country cottage from friends in London. On the first night of his stay, the house is burgled. Poor Koko tells of his encounter with the burglar.

This is a copy of the first US (and Canadian) edition, published by Little Brown in 1974.

Yellow boards with dark green trim. Fowles' signature embossed on the cover, and a gold and green design on the spine. As you can see, there is a small bump to the front cover, and one to the top of the spine. Other than that, it is in pristine condition, with no marks of any kind on the inside.
