Hardcover bound in three quarter tan cloth with burgundy cloth-covered boards. Title on front cover in gilt. The red label pastedown on the spine is worn and a bit chipped. Overall a sound copy with secure inner hinges. There are smudges to the binding. Text has occasional foxing. Pencilled notations on title page appears to read "H. P. Illman / U.S.A (or O.S.A.)" Undated, but this comes in a series of architectural reprints, some of which were dated 1909. Originally published in 1840. This is Volume 2 only of a 3 Volume set. It contains no text but has 116 plates (plates 115-231 of the original, which have been inconsistently re-numbered).
