US: Knopf, 1995. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good plus. Signed by author Gail Levin and inscribed to the previous owner on title page. No additional markings to pages. Binding is square and tight. Boards are clean, minor wear to edges. Text block is foxed and soiled. Dust jacket has some slight edgewear, small creases and closed tears at spine ends and corners. Jacket covers are browned around edges and along spine, lightly scuffed and rubbed. PICTURES PROVIDED UPON REQUEST.

Synopsis

Gail Levin is professor of fine and performing arts, art history, American studies, and women's studies at Baruch College and the Graduate Center of The City University of New York. An internationally known curator, she has organized many exhibitions on Edward Hopper. Among her other books are Edward Hopper: A Catalogue Raisonné , and The Poetry of Solitude: A Tribute to Edward Hopper .
