Volume itself was acquired directly from the author during his lifetime by this bookseller. Work has blue and white covers with sharp red lettering on the spine. 430 pages, including an index and a bibliography. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. On the outside of the pages, there are some brown spots, when Dr. Currey sold the book to me it was pulled out of a box in his attic in his home and that is the way I received it. This is the biography of a maverick military thinker and a long time skeptic of conventional U. S. policy in the 1950's 60's, and 70's in Asia. Since Dr. Currey was not inclined to sign books, this is probably one of the few author signed copies of this work in existence. Available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box.
