About This Item
Paris: Charles-Antoine Jombert, 1752. HC. good+, marbled calf binding (hardcover) SEE NOTE. engraved plates all present. From a Dutch maritime firm collection, and uniform with this volume I have Maitz de Goimpy TRAITE SUR LA CONSTRUCTION DES VAISSEAUX first edition 1776. (love to sell and keep them together). This is a nice clean and tight copy, but wear to the corners of the boards, and the leather is externally cracked on the front hinge. BUT, hinge and endpapers are fine. Happy to send images of the plates, which are exceptional, and provide additional details. 423pp.
