Lacks front endpapers, rear endpapers with notes, a few marginal marks and notes in an early hand. 364pp plus index. Roederer (1726-1763) was trained in London, Paris and Leiden and worked in Strasbourg before assuming a professorship in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Gottingen. This second and amended edition of this popular text was the last to be published during his lifetime (the first edition was 1753). Size: Octavo (8vo). Text is clean and unmarked.
