Land rental agreement detailing the upkeep of said property and payments due by the feast days of the Annunciation of our Blessed Lady Virgin Mary and Saint Michael the Archangel. Thomas Goddard of Burchinwood of county Wiltshire owned many properties throughout the region, as did many Goddards in the reign of Elizabeth I.
