London: Cassell, 1921. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Short Stories. Publisher's turquoise boards blind-stamped to the front board with black spine lettering. Page edges very browned due to the poor quality of paper used otherwise about VG (with weakness to the front hinge). In the VERY RARE D/W priced 2/- net to the spine (as called for). The D/W is creased, nicked and rubbed with minor wear to the edge of the spine and the extremities. Exceedingly uncommon in D/W. A poorly-produced book this copy has lasted the test of time reasonably well.
