Janson's "magnum opus" and early book on the art of timing, comedy and handy stand-up bits. While the book was aimed at the practicing comedian and/or stage performer, the true importance of this book is the preservation of the humor of the late Victorian era. Period pencil artwork and signature to front endpaper. Some wear to cloth edges and folds. Light toning and some wear to page edges.
