Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1930. First Edition. First printing. Presentation copy, inscribed and signed to Mildred Denton, dated 1930. With original b/w photographic portrait of Lloyd laid in, 6-3/4" x 5", inscribed on verso to the same recipient, dated "New Year 1937." Slight forward lean to text block, else a clean, tight copy in publisher's cloth, lacking the dustwrapper. A later philosophical work by the important American individualist-anarchist and sex writer. Preceded by a British edition in 1929.
