Edition de Luxe. Limited to 500 numbered copies, (this copy being no. 295), signed by the artist. Large quarto (11 3/16 x 8 7/8 inches; 284 x 22 mm.). [2, limitation leaf], ix, [1, blank], 341, [3, blank] pp. Sixteen color plates mounted on textured white paper, with captioned tissue guards, and forty-one drawings in black and white.
Original vellum over boards pictorially stamped and lettered in gilt on front cover and spine. Top edge gilt, others uncut. Pictorial endpapers in green and white. Some soiling to spine, otherwise a fine copy.
