London: Harrison & Waide, 1864 green cloth, gilt to spine and gilt eastern traveller smoking pipe on a horse, bevelled boards mottled and gilt rubbed, some surface insect marking, top of lower joint split, old ink name and date to title "J Maddock Hughes, Birralee 1878" some ink ofset to tissue frontis guard, armorial bookplate to paste down of John Maddock Hughes 'Deo Non Fortuna', there is an earlier plate underneath this, chocolate coloured endpapers, some light foxing , frontis and title nearly detached, 319pp + frontis and one plate, some minor water marking to bottom margin of some pages, early travels in Palestine Jordan area (originally published 1844), New Edition with the preface to the first edition. New edition. Pictorial Cloth. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7? - 9? tall.

Rest of World; Books up to 1kg (standard) NZD$60.00 or for expedited NZD$100.00adding additional books in same order usually $30 extra each. For orders valued NZD$250.00 or higher you will need to choose Expedited postage.Currently due to airline constraints there is usually at least a week before parcels find a space on outgoing flights, so expect at least two weeks for delivery outside New Zealand. OVERSIZED RATESWeights greater than 1000 grams will be charged a proportionally increased rate. I.E. 2500 grams will be charged at x2.5 standard 1kg rate.
