Signed by author on title page. Ownership stamp on top edge. Bound in publisher's blue cloth with gilt diocesan seal on front cover. Dust jacket present, clipped and a few small closed tears along the top of the jacket. A very good first edition history of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
