London: Collins' Clear-Type Press, n.d. (c.1913). 8vo, pp. 266 + 6pp. of advertisement at rear, illustrated frontispiece and additional title. Slight browning, light foxing to last few leaves. Publisher's pictorial cloth and endpapers, spine gilt, upper hinge weakened, corners, head and foot of spine a bit bumped, upper board just fading. Inscription "To Martin with Christmas Greetings 1913 from Eric" to fly.
