Author was Principle Private Secretary to Ernest Bevin at the Foreign Office, and was a career diplomat before and afterwards. Very Good in In New Whitehall series. Very Good in Very Good jacket.Name to flyleaf. Jacket has slight spine colour fade, but is otherwise fine.
