Sir Charles Bell [1774-1842] was a Scottish Surgeon and anatomist, with a capacity for producing beautiful detailed drawings. This book was originally published in 1806 and stresses the importance of a knowledge of anatomy to the artist. This lovely book would appeal equally to the artist and those interested in anatomy.
